The Educational and Cultural Sports Association of Plokamiana Kissamos, the Team of Health Runners of Kissamos, the Regional Unit of Chania and the Municipality of Kissamos once again are organizing the historical running race called "Lafonisios Dromos" dedicated to the fighters of the Lafonisios Massacre of 1824.
The Cultural Cultural Sports Association of Plokamianos Kissamos, the Health Runners Group of Kissamos, the Health Runners Association of Chania, the Regional Unit of Chania and the Municipality of Kissamos organize for another year the Historical running race called "Lafonisios Road" dedicated to the Slaughter of Lafonisios.
For 2025, the Lafonisios Road will be held in May and will be dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Mikis Theodorakis.
